Domestic Shipping and Handling

All orders shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, are shipped the next business day. You can receive your order within 2 to 5 business days.

We utilize both UPS Ground, FedEx and USPS First Class Mail, delivery confirmation, as our shipping methods.

We no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands

All orders are shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00pm (EST) may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Additional charges may be applied if the delivery address provided upon order placement is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

International Shipping and Handling

All of our product prices listed within our website are listed in U.S. dollars and full payment is required at the time of order submission.

Customers who require their order to be shipped outside of the US, must contact us directly for a shipping price quote. Please email us.

International shipping is only available in certain countries.

PO Boxes

Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.

APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to all branches of military services via USPS for all shipments.

Insurance Fees

There may be an additional charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case and you may opt out of the insurance at your risk and discretion.

Tax Policy

All orders, including the shipping and handling charge, shipped to the state of Florida will be taxed at 6%.

Back Ordered Items

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item or may have to place your item directly from the manufacturer. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you of this delay and then automatically ship the item (s) to you as soon as it becomes available.

If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we may delay your shipping so that we can send your order in its entirety. If there is an extended delay of your back-order item, you will be notified of this update and you will have the option to either receive partial order of your order or wait for your complete order to be shipped. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments with no additional shipment charges applied to your order.
